Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Salt Lake City, UT
I believe everyone has what it takes to find joy, peace, and love in their lives through vulnerability and connection. After working through my own trials, I discovered that I wanted to help others and decided to become a therapist. I found a love for listening to others and trying to understand how their stories have shaped their view of themselves and the world. I enjoy connecting with people by encouraging them to explore new ways to find happiness within themselves and their relationships.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, co-occurring disorders, and those who struggle with substance use. I also work with couples and complex family systems. I work with individuals and families utilizing attachment-based practices, EMDR, and other experiential modalities.
I am here to listen, understand, and help my clients feel seen and heard. I always use an empathetic approach to help people heal and create a deeper connection to themselves and the world.
